They are a flexible, reliable, and creative team that will work closely with you through all the steps of the project. Nora Murphy, the founder and owner, has experience as a classroom teacher and non-profit program manager, helping her understand the experiences and needs of Murphy Educational Consulting's clients. They are located in Chicago, IL (USA) and have particular experience working with data related to the ISAT, PSAE, Explore, Plan & ACT. They also have experience working with schools to develop a formative interim assessment project. They also have experience in all stages of the evaluation project from formulating the central evaluation questions, to the literature review, evaluation design, instrument design, data collection & analysis and reporting.

Rockman Et Al (REA) is an innovative research, evaluation, and consulting company that specializes in examining critical issues in formal and informal education. REA provides relevant and timely information to help clients make decisions and inform funders. REA works with corporations, state and federal agencies, local school districts, foundations, universities, and community-based organizations. REA researchers plan and conduct formative and summative evaluations, design and implement rigorous research models, undertake strategic planning and policy research, conduct market research, and provide technical assistance for using data for decision-making and planning.

The Program in Educational Policy and Evaluation at the Florida State University, College of Education prepares individuals for policy-related careers that involve designing, developing, implementing, analyzing and evaluating federal, state and local educational policies, as well as preparing students to teach at the university level. It incorporates a core of policy and evaluation courses with courses in the humanities, social sciences, and basic research methods. At the doctoral level students are required to complete a strong core of courses in advanced research methods, in addition to policy and evaluation courses.
Faculty have a wide range of interests in educational policy and program evaluation, including charter schools, urban education reform, school finance, history of educational policy, teacher quality, accountability, impact of diverse populations, religion and schooling, schooling and the economy.
