forschungsportal.ch is the project database of several universities in Switzerland. It is not only an evaluation project database, but many projects of that kind can be found there. Database language is German, but many project descriptions are in English.

Charité Research Database is the medical project database of the Charité hospital in Berlin/Germany. Mainly it is not an evaluation project database, but many projects of that kind can be found there. Database languages are German and English.

This group is to discuss the project of evaluation resources for programs in developing countries (just see: http://earth.prohosting.com/elecon/evaldevel/evaldevelopment.html). We will discuss what the project will be and how to do it. For this mailing list, yahoo-groups software is used.
