Dans le cadre de son programme de soutien des initiatives de développement de l’évaluation dans les pays du Sud, et sous l’objectif de renforcer l’information et le réseautage des professionnels francophones, l’Organisation internationale de la Francophonie a conçu et fait développer courant 2004, un site portail en français dédié aux questions de suivi et d’évaluation. La perspective générale retenue est de maintenir une dynamique francophone dans le domaine de l’évaluation de politiques publiques, de renforcer les compétences et de capitaliser les connaissances et les pratiques dans ce domaine. Ce site vise à contribuer à : 1) mettre en réseau des praticiens et favoriser les échanges d’expériences à différents niveaux : Nord/Sud, Nord/Nord et Sud/Sud ; 2) favoriser les processus d’apprentissage en assurant la promotion des méthodologies et conceptions francophones de l’évaluation et le renforcement des capacités des commanditaires/utilisateurs responsables de politiques publiques et des évaluateurs ; L’animation et la gestion éditoriale de ce site ont été confiées, après consultation, à l’association F3E (Fonds pour la promotion des Etudes préalables, Etudes transversales, et Evaluations), associée à l’IDHEAP et AK-Project.
Founded in 1997, the Oregon Program Evaluators Network (OPEN) is an organization for professionals who are involved with or interested in program evaluation. OPEN allows for the exchange of ideas and information to promote and encourage high-quality evaluation practices. The members of OPEN represent a wide variety of government agencies, non-profits, universities, and private consulting firms. OPEN is the area's local affiliate of the American Evaluation Association (AEA).

The peer-reviewed "Zeitschrift für Evaluation (ZfEv)" - Journal of Evaluation - aims to support the field of evaluation in several areas, such as: dialogue between science and practice; the interdisciplinary bundling of specialized knowledge; the international exchange in German-language countries; discussion of new developments; dissemination of standards in evaluation; etc. Articles in this journal are mainly written in German, but English is possible, too.
