The American Evaluation Association is an international professional association of evaluators devoted to the application and exploration of program evaluation, personnel evaluation, technology, and many other forms of evaluation. AEA has members representing all 50 states in the US as well as over 60 foreign countries.

The UK Evaluation Society (founded in 1994) exists to promote and improve the theory, practice, understanding and utilisation of evaluation and its contribution to public knowledge and to promote cross-sector and cross-disciplinary dialogue and debate.

The Swiss Evaluation Society's goal is to foster the exchange of information and experience in the field of evaluation between politics, administration, academia, NGOs and the private sector. The SEVAL actively engages in improving the quality of evaluation and its diffusion.
About 300 members represent a number of different positions in the field of evaluation: they work as evaluators for commissioned evaluations, as evaluation commissioner, they teach courses or counsel commissioners as evaluation experts.

The South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association (SAMEA), which has been founded in November 2005, strives to cultivate a vibrant community that will support, guide and strengthen the development of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) as an important discipline, profession and instrument for empowerment and accountability in South Africa. Through this it intends to promote the recognition of M&E as a profession and discipline essential to development, and practiced and used in a manner that adds significant value to effective, sustainable development in South Africa.
SAMEA embodies the formalisation of the South African Evaluation Network (SAENet), which was established in 2002.

IAPE is a non-profit, professional organization in Israel comprised of academics, practitioners and users of program and project evaluation in a variety of fields: psychology, education, social services, health, business, and others.

La Société Française de l'Évaluation (SFE) a été fondée en juin 1999 à Marseille. Elle a pour vocation générale de contribuer au développement de l'évaluation et de promouvoir son utilisation dans les organisations publiques et privées, et, aussi au sein des collectivités en charge de l'élaboration et de la mise en oeuvre des politiques publiques. Elle s'efforce notamment de faire progresser les techniques, les méthodes et de favoriser le respect de règles éthiques et procédurales propres à garantir la qualité des évaluations ainsi qu'un usage approprié de leurs résultats.
C’est un lieu de rassemblement, d'échanges et de formation ouvert à tous les acteurs de l'évaluation -commanditaires, praticiens et utilisateurs- des secteurs tant publics que privés.

The French Evaluation Society (SFE) was created in 1999 with an aim to develop the practice and use of evaluation. It contributes to the progress of methods, ethical principles, and quality standards.
It gathers evaluation commissioners, practitioners, academics, and users from all policy areas and from both public and private sectors. Each of its conferences is attended by 500 to 700 persons and gives birth to an edited book. In addition, the society publishes a series of research papers.

Dedicated to the advancement of evaluation theory and practice. In the field of evaluation, the Society promotes: Leadership; Knowledge; Advocacy; Professional Development. The CES has members in every Province and Territory in Canada. Chapters Link offer services such as resource networks, professional development activities, and forums for CES members to explore, discuss and get involved with evaluation interests. ***** Vouée à l'avancement de la théorie et de la pratique de l'évaluation. Dans le domaine de l'évaluation, la Société promeut Lien : le leadership; la connaissance; la promotion des intérêts; le perfectionnement professionnel. La SCÉ a des membres dans chaque province et dans chaque territoire au Canada. Les Sections Lien offrent des services tels que des réseaux de ressources, des activités de perfectionnement professionnel et des forums où les membres de la SCÉ explorent et discutent de questions reliées à l'évaluation.

The Australasian Evaluation Society (AES) is a professional organisation for people involved in evaluation. The AES has almost 800 (Jan. 2008) members involved in all aspects of evaluation and performance measurement. Members include evaluation practitioners, managers, teachers and students from all levels of government, educational institutions, research agencies, community organisations, businesses and other interested individuals.

The main goal of the SEE is to contribute to the development of an evaluation culture in Spain. SEE is open to all professionals with different approaches in the evaluation field.
