jmde is a peer-reviewed online journal published in association with "The Interdisciplinary Doctoral Program in Evaluation; The Evaluation Center, Western Michigan University" and is open for new ideas in evaluation.

FQS is a peer-reviewed multilingual online journal for qualitative research. Established in 1999, they are re-organizing FQS by setting up broader information and communication resources for qualitative researchers.
FQS issues are published tri-annually. Additionally, selected single contributions and contributions belonging to the rubrics FQS Reviews, FQS Debates, FQS Conferences and FQS Interviews are published immediately after they go through the peer review process.
The main aim of FQS is to promote discussion and cooperation among qualitative researchers from different countries and social science disciplines.
All full texts are available for free.
FQS is not explicitly an evaluation journal, but articles about evaluation are welcome, too, if they fit to the global topic of the journal.

The peer-reviewed "Zeitschrift für Evaluation (ZfEv)" - Journal of Evaluation - aims to support the field of evaluation in several areas, such as: dialogue between science and practice; the interdisciplinary bundling of specialized knowledge; the international exchange in German-language countries; discussion of new developments; dissemination of standards in evaluation; etc.
Articles in this journal are mainly written in German, but English is possible, too.
Published twice per annum.

"Netzwerk Evaluation in der Bundesverwaltung" (Network evaluation in federal administration), founded in 1995, is an informal network for and from people within the Swiss government, who are interested in evaluation.

Federal Evaluators, an informal association of evaluation officials in the U.S. government, sponsors a site to provide information about federal evaluation activities and resources useful for conducting evaluations.

Washington Evaluators, a local affiliate of the American Evaluation Association, sponsors a site for its members to obtain information about local events and jobs.

The Southern California Evaluation Association (SCEA) is an organization designed to assist those working in Evaluation or related fields. Generally, SCEA provides a forum for evaluation practitioners to convene, network, and discuss issues related to the field of evaluation.
