Evaluation (and social science methods if relevant for evaluation) electronic mailing lists - an electronic mailing list is a special type of internet-technology, which allows to distribute information via email to every user subscribed to the list. Normally a subscriber has to send an email to a special address and this email is automatically forwarded to every other subscriber.
